Gabriella Everything went smoothly. The staff were all helpful and kept a light positive atmosphere. The location in La Salle is the complete opposite. Glad to have went to ottawa!

DJ WAYNE MICHEAL J I was at work in Morris ILL and googled the nearest oral surgeon as I had 2 cracked teeth that I needed removed. I called the office in morris they did not have any appoinments for awhile so the lady on the phone said she had an appointment out in ottawa for the next day. I took the appointment as I was in terrible pain. I went to the appointment which turned out to be a consultation. I have never heard of such a thing, i said you arent going to take these teeth out today? They flat out laughed in my face and said no! I asked for a copy of the X-rays that i had just paid for and the lady who made my appointment again laughed in my face and said"its friday @3pm nobody is going take your teeth out",This is just a consultation. They then collected $180 from me and scheduled me for almost a month later. They called to ask me if i could come in 1 hour earlier for my appointment a week before my appt. Never called the day before to confirm, nothing. So I get to the appt at 10am, no hello or hi or anything. @ 10:14 the receptionist called me up and said your total today is... Still no hello just we need payment. my card was ran @ 10:16am and i still hadnt seen the doctor. Finally saw the DR @ 10:45.I was in complete SHOCK. Ive never in my life been so disrespected or made to feel like just a quick buck. The dentist was nice but once he removed the first tooth he said oh no the tooth behind is in really bad shape, worse then the one he had just removed. I paid for X-rays why did this not show up? This experience was all around just bad and I do not or will not recommend going to this place. The dentist seemed like a nice guy, but all the females he has working in there have no place working in a dentist office. They are rude and not people friendly at all. I wish I would have read the reviews before going here!

Cheyenne Romines This place looked at me like I was scum because I ask if they took IlliniCare (Medicaid). After I told them that my insurance said they would approve it without the office having to sign up for anything. Sorry that I can’t afford top of the line insurance out of my pocket!
