Richard W Reiners So far I have had nothing but a great experience. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful in filling out paperwork for being a new patient. Then Lauren the technician that did my x- rays was very respectful and explained what she was doing. Super nice. Then Dr. J. Came in and requested a few x-rays to be taken over as well as some better angles. That finished, he returned and talked with me about what needed to be done and we came up with a starting plan on my journey to having good teeth again and protecting my heart and health. I can honestly say I have made a good decision to come to Lincoln Dental Center. Thanks so much !

Alex Hudson This dentist is not equipped to work on autistic patients. Do not come here if the patient is autistic. They refused to work on me after I disclosed my autism to them.

My examination was very thorough and complete, but showed an unexpected challenge to getting dentures. Dr Jim figured out what to do! I am looking forward to getting the work done! KrissyLynn Horan We’ve been going here 4yrs now. I’ve regularly brought 3 kids here. There originally dr they saw here was amazing but she’s left and so far the dr to replace her has been amazing there was 1 female here that I refused to see cuz the 2 times I did see her she was very dismissive and rude as if I didn’t know my kids and their normal behaviors and the last time we saw her she said she’d “be right back” and then we literally waited so long in the exam room that we got locked inside the building and someone from the dentist side was still there and let us out the back way but I think she’s also gone and been replaced now thankfully

Macy I had a great experience here! Who ever gave my daughter her vaccinations went above and beyond to make sure my daughter wouldn’t have an allergic reaction. She made sure that an emt was in the room just incase anything happened. If that doesn’t say “ I truly care about my patients “ then I don’t know what does! Thank you

Kaley Brown The nurse practitioner profiled me and is not a good doctor. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and cackled when I asked for a doctors note. I used to be addicted to drugs years ago, but I still get treated like a second class citizen. I am sitting here sick on my way to Springfield to Hshs because she refused to see m for who I was a sick woman instead she profiled and saw me as a pod junkie in Medicaid. She refused to give me a drs note because she didn’t have too was her excuse. I wanted to kill myself that day. She triggered my ptsd. Don’t go here if you ever had issues with addiction because you will be treated like less than human mocked and laughed at. I called her out of her name because I was so hurt and I don’t regret it, after I did she threatened to make sure I could never get help there again. Some doctor. More like judgmental and assumed the worst. I was treated as if I was asking for pain meds not to be treated for a broken arm or cold.

Chris Graue 1st time in, great experience, I will be back. I appreciate the COVID precautions that they take before, during, and after your visit. You can tell they are concerned. All personnel very friendly and professional.

Hex Jonson for some reason states they can do any kind of emergency procedures but cant and lies about what you say .

Eric Notto They closed over a year ago and are badly missed. They were so good at what they do and so reasonably priced.

SK My girlfriend has been prescribed Prozac for at least 5 years. She has been going to this doctors office for 5 years as well. She is prescribed this medication for an anti-depressant, multiple personality disorder and a couple other diagnoses. She went to get her prescription refilled at her pharmacy and said the the prescription has expired and they need a new one. When she contacted this office so the doctor could call a new prescription on for her she was told no and will have to wait until her next doctor appointment in over 2 weeks. Her next appointment has to do with some heart issues and nothing to do with being on Prozac mind you. HOW CAN YOU JUST CUT SOMEONE OFF OF AN ANTI DEPRESSANT FOR A FEW WEEKS? ISNT THAT DANGEROUS? WHAT HAPPENS IF SHE HURTS HERSELF? I would think thats a liability on your office.

Blake Schaefer I felt like I REALLY needed to talk about how highly I recommend seeing Mrs. Lietz. I currently have been suffering from horrible dental pain and am unable to get into my dentist till next week. She not only LISTENED to the issues but also accurately and swiftly came up with a plan and medications to get me by. It really means a lot to have medical staff who cares! Would give 10 stars if I could.
