Dave Bartley Dr. Ed’s operation is so efficient. There is a true team approach to everything. My hygienist, Jennifer, is fantastic… clearly a pro with a great sense of humor. I had been neglecting my dental health since COVID and was apprehensive about my visit, but now I’m back on track.

Sierra I love it here! I got 2 wisdom teeth removed yesterday and Im glad I chose to come to Lifetime of smiles. Starting with the staff being so amazing to how beautiful the place is inside and out. The two who worked with me made me feel very comfortable and kept letting me know how great of a job I was doing. I will definitely be back! I had the pleasure of working with Dr Pat and Talia. They both did such an amazing job.

Tammy Gretencord I hadnt been to the dentist in a few years and I was very nervous to go. However, my dentist experience was very pleasant. My dental hygienist, Gina was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend visiting this practice because they thoroughly explained the process of what needed to be done. They also made sure that I experienced no discomfort and if I did, they would certainly correct it. This is a practice worth giving them a try.

Matt K Bri and McCaela are great hygienists! Ive had the pleasure of seeing both doctors, to whom are both fantastic. Dr Shaws team especially Katie are great and helped with my toothache. Trupti Begly Margarita is a wonderful Dental Hygienist. You can see her compassion, and kindness when she takes care of you. She truly cares about her patients. I have been getting cleanings for awhile now, and no one has really taken the time to provide education like she has. She gave me pointers that I will be paying more attention to. She was wonderful and a good addition to Alliance Dental.

Kim Glaser Amazing, wonderful staff! I was in horrible pain with a tooth abscess. It had to be removed. They made sure I was okay and made me feel at ease. Jennifer Magnone I drove over 90 minutes to the Uttica location. It was definitely worth every minute. The dentist was was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He gave me the resources that I require to get the services that I desperately need. Samy was extremely friendly, helpful and I truly appreciated her willingness to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible. I cant say enough positive things about my experience. Theyre a top notch facility with state of the art equipment. I wish that I wouldve found them sooner and avoided the pain, heartache and disappointment that I had to endure with my last dentist. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional experience from a spectacular staff. If I couldve given them 10 stars, I wouldve!!

Cass Hunt The front desk staff were absolutely great. One of the ladies was very knowledgeable about navigating my insurance. The techs were very nice. The doctor was thorough and my exam and cleaning were comfortable, with no pain whatsoever. The only reason for putting 4 stars instead of 5 is, the wait took quite a while. It was almost an hour from my appointment time until I received services. I will be back.

Mindi Jahp Staff is wonderful here. The doctors are great too !! Reasonably priced, they don’t try to do what isnt needed. Kid number two is in braces from here and we are very pleased with our experiences.

Katie Olesen Premier Orthodontics is the best! Everyone is always so friendly and they do a wonderful job. They are always very efficient with their appointments as well, which is nice.

Cyndy Rebholz My son has never seen a dentist & had a dental traumatic event occur, which involved (quite literally) drilling his front teeth directly into the arm of the couch. A tooth pushed back into his gumline and, aside from the basics, I wasn’t sure how to proceed. I did learn of this practice and called at 0800 on Monday morning. The receptionist listened and was engaged the whole duration of call. My son was seen two hours later. Kerry, the Dental Assistant, led my son to our room & made sure to interact with him down the hall. He definitely warmed up to this whole idea. He loved being able to watch Paw Patrol above his head while in the chair and loved wearing the sunglasses they provided. Kerry spent time with us and was very attentive, acknowledging any questions or concerns I had and providing me with really helpful information. She is great with kids and it definitely put my son at ease. Dr. Laun did a thorough assessment of my son’s mouth while being very intentional to not elicit additional pain when at all possible (he never winced, grimaced, etc.). She spent time talking to me and the extent of detail is so helpful. I left without any questions. She touched on all aspects of the very reason he was seeing her. I would recommend this office to anyone who has a child needing dental services and, more specifically, those who may be hesitant to follow through with any part of an exam. Thank you so much for making our son’s first experience a great, safe space (for all).

Heather Senica I had an amazing experience at Ottawa Children’s Dentist! Every staff member was extremely kind and welcoming! I had to bring my newborn along and they were all so accommodating, they opened the door for me and carried my car seat while I was holding my toddler. Dr. Laun and the dental hygienist were great with my toddler making her first dental experience a positive and happy one!

Amy Sherlock I was able to get in to see Dr Faber in less than 24 hours after calling about my pain. Thank you Donna for arranging my first visit and appointment. Unfortunately I need a root canal, Dr Faber has referred me (great bedside manner too, explained everything), Donna took care of scheduling it right then, all I do is show up. Great first impression! Ill be back with my family for our routine cleanings soon!

Terrance Jerman DMy name is Terry. I sm a patient of Dr. FABER. I just gad to tell you about what a fantastic Dentist he is . He is very knowledgeable, very friendly. , explains everything he us going to do. He puts you at ease. Does outstanding work. You could not ask for a better dentist. He pulled 9 teeth and I got partials which look so real. Anybody needing a great dentist. Please make an appointment with Dr. Faber. I cant say enough good things about the doctor. His staff are also outstanding. If you want great work done make an appointment and you will see for yourself the quality work he does. I was so impressed. I am not just saying this. I am telling you the honest to gods truth. His staff puts you at ease and are knowledgeable. Again anybody needing any dental work please make an appointment .even if you have to travel a long distance it is definitely worth it with him. Believe me you will be impressed. Joanna Aanrud Im giving one star because I cant give a zero. I went in for a scheduled ultrasound for my breast and the wait was very short but the nurse should be fired. I said I didnt want my mother in the room and the nurse told me "Well since your a minor and your parent isnt in the room something could happen to you." What a gross thing to say also she basically is saying i shouldnt trust anyone working their. On top of that she was rough even though I was already in extreme pain. Then proceeded to tell me they basically cant do anything for me thanks for wasting a bunch of my time.

Valerie Gergits Brought my 91 y/o mother to er d/t weakness and blood in stool from diarrhea for 2 days. Thought perhaps a blood transfusion would make her more comfortable. Her er visit was great the nurses and the PA were great. They did labs and it was found she did need a bit and her K+was elevated. She was admitted for transfusion and to reduce her K+. We thought she would be discharged the following day once she was stable. We were told she could no longer be treated as she had elevated k in Nov and this was a reoccurring problem . She, the np said she could be discharged with hospice which we agreed and my other sister would care for her with hospice in her home. This np was on a power trip or was threatened by our large family . I felt her behavior was unappreciated, unacceptable and unprofessional. We as a family love our mother and of course want her to be comfortable in her last days. They forced her to take a 1 hour ambulance drive, which will probably going to cost her and us at least 5000.00$ or more cuz shes not stable but wants to send her home with hospice to die, makes no sense to me, we as a family do not appreciate that treatment at this time.

Stephanie z My son broke his front tooth in half at the most inconvenient time possible (Friday night of a holiday weekend). Dr. Sydlowski was able to get him in the next morning and did an incredible job. You cant even tell it happened. 10/10 would recommend. All the thumbs up. All the stars.

anonymous Im a new patient. The staff is very friendly. There was no waiting. They took time to answer my questions. It does take a few weeks to get in for an appointment, which I assume is a result of being a busy office. I would definitely recommend this dentist office.

Aly Plankenhorn We are previous patients that have had some appointments scheduled ahead of time, we ended up switching pediatricians a few months ago. Despite calling three different times about no longer being seen there, no one there removed us from the system, so I’m still getting calls that we missed our appointments, another one today, and that I am going to be charged a no show fee. How many times do I have to call and say we are no longer patients? I shouldn’t be charged because someone on your end didn’t remove our appointments from the computer.

Aaron Schlessman While some might not know how to navigate the direct honesty that they get at this practice, the reality is that both providers care deeply for every single one of their patients. Sometimes I worry that many dont recognize how lucky they are to have providers who go the extra mile for them, and this makes me sad. People demand that this office allows them to come whenever they want (which they usually allow, and this leads to days where they see 50+ patients), but then they get upset when theres a wait. There are very, very few medical practices left in our world who will fight as hard for their patients. Enjoy these two while you can, Ottawa. They wont be there forever.

Pilar Smith I never use this office. Dr. Dave (the father) is a extremely selfish person. According to him his patients dont matter to him. He doesnt care for the well being of any one. And the staff is unreliable and dont get things done..... needed to get my sons prescription filled right away and never got filled or ordered. Dr. Dave (the daughter) is a fantastic person. But unfortunately I will be looking for another doctors office to take my children.

G K Friendly and professional initial consultation. Easy communication and follow up plan of action plainly presented. Had my procedure two days ago and absolutely no complications. Had a great all around experience. ( cant wait to go back for another extraction.....HA HA). I was really worried and concerned, but all for no reason.

Payton Campbell Highly recommend Dr Babiuk and his staff at Ottawa’s WisdomToothDoc. As someone who had never been under anesthesia and needed all 4 wisdom teeth extracted (at 32 years old) I was extremely concerned. Not only was the entire process thoughtful and empathetic but most importantly the procedure went without any complications and after following their directions exactly I am now two weeks post op with no issues. You can place your trust in this group to take care of you.

doreen block If I could give a zero star I would. This was the worst dentist office I have ever been to. All they do is push deep cleaning down your throat. They dont care about the patient (in my opinion) They just want to make the fast buck. I would NEVER go there again. I have been in the area for over 40 years and when I asked people about recommending a dentist (mine retired) NO ONE even mention this place and now I know why and my husband and I work and live in the area.

Mitzi Gretencord Dr. Miller is the only dentist i will see. I have extreme anxiety and panic attacks and he always sets my mind at ease. And he can tell if maybe i need a break for a minute or so. Everything dental procedure that he has done on me , i dont have pain, and he does an excellent job. I have had quite a bit of dental work done , and Dr. Miller has done all of it through the years for me. Never have had problems with anything he has done. And his calm and cool demeanor will put anyones mind at ease. I hope he doesnt retire for a long, long time. I give him a 5 out of 5 rating. Hes the best!

Its refreshing to have a dentist that really listens to you and takes the time to adjust things to your satisfaction. Erica Twardzik I really cant say enough as to how amazing the entire office is. From the front desk and hygienists, to the doctor himself...theyre all incredible at what they do. Everyone has always been very friendly and gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Our five children even love going to the dentist. That alone speaks volumes since most children (adults too) are scared of going. Even in emergency dental situations, I was very pleased with how everything was handled. I chipped a back tooth a day prior to a scheduled c-section and they got me in right away and handled my situation. Even a few weeks later when the chipped tooth felt a little rough, they let me come back and smoothed it out some more, no questions asked. Very very accommodating and stands behind their work 100%. Ive never had billing issues as the front girls are very thorough. They always make sure we as patients are aware of the costs and payment options upfront before services are even performed. I highly recommend Dr. Conness offices for any and all dental work!

JayBob Red I was a patient at this office for 2 years after they took over for Dr.Meling who was the Best. Dr.Conness & assistants were good. The problem was it became hard to schedule appointments because they were expecting me to work around the schedule of the assistant that cleaned my teeth each time. I said good bye .

Matt Bell Poor quality at a medium to high price. They do not stand behind their work. There was a time I used them with confidence, but that was years ago and have had nothing but issues for the last several years. Other labs in the are provide a much higher quality product.

He has made time available to see me and check on the problem(s) that I had. I have continued to use his office and would encourage others to use his office. I have found a good dentist and will be with him for a long time.

He accommodated my severe anxiety, and made sure I felt absolutely no pain during my extensive root canal. There is a beautiful view from the dental chair overlooking the Fox River. Yvonne at the front office is also extremely sweet and accommodating.

Kristen Bare Total hack job of a dentist. I had my wisdom teeth along with a molar removed by dr Rooney and I had trouble during the healing process as well as the local anesthesia not working and I felt everything I even asked the dr to stop more than once and he refused as well I was in more pain than I should have been while healing since I was following the instructions I was given. On top of this, I was told to take and prescribed medication I’m allergic to and ended up with no medication since I’m allergic to what was offered, I also had to go back to the office several times to make sure I was healing right and the assistants there are extremely rude and actually told me If I knew how to listen to simple instructions I’d have no issues. I will never recommend this office to anyone nor will I ever go back.
