Edward Green Andrew Calloway is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve worked with him in the past and I was really impressed! I posted on Facebook that I was considering Root insurance and I had just completed my 3 week test drive and they quoted me $199 for full coverage on 3 vehicles. Andrew saw my post and commented he could beat there price. To be honest I didn’t believe him but Andrew not only offered me full coverage on 3 vehicles he added renters insurance also and I ONLY PAY $185 per month!!!! Andrew is Heaven sent and I would recommend him to everyone I know for their insurance needs! Andrew you the man and I greatly appreciate you! Keep up the great work!

Ashleigh Fiori I called Mary Ann Gage sometime last week and she had told me she would have a quote for me the next day. Without any contact from Mary Ann for the past week, I called to follow up on the insurance I wanted quoted for. She proceeds to tell me that she was just too busy to get the quote for me and says she suggests I go somewhere else. Out of shock, I asked once more to make sure I heard her correctly that she suggest I go somewhere else and she says Yes. As a Farmers representative Im sure Farmers would not agree with the way Mary Ann handled my situation and I will be contacting corporate offices. I do not recommend using this certain rep.

Kerstin Brown Just heard him speak to a customer and I was DISGUSTED!!! He made the elderly woman cry and when the daughter called to straighten things out he told her to take better care of her mother. Horrible horrible professionalism.

Rick Morris If you are wanting a good friendly service, with informed agents, and fair pricing. Look elsewhere. The owner does nothing but talk over you the entire time, then hangs up. He cant answer any important questions. The best answer I got was "because of modern technology I dont have access to data that determines the rates you will pay". The rest of them will just tell you vague answers and hope you just go away. After speaking with 4 other people in the office not one of them told me the same information as the previous person. So basically if you are ok with just paying your premium while they keep jacking the price up with no explanation. Then this place is right for you. If want an explanation, then this office couldnt care less about you. Save yourself the trouble and stay clear of Redmon Insurance Agency

I actually was headed to Virginia with my father and son to surprise some family. Ginger Breadman Thank you Stephen for helping me give Progressive their walking papers! After 5 years of price increases I had had enough and Stephen was there to pick up the pieces! We took care of my car insurance and renters insurance add on and the payment was still less! I saved $600 a year on car insurance and it was done so easily and quickly. An added bonus was with the renters insurance I was able to take another $40 a month off my storage bill. Dont walk....run folks! Put some money back in your pockets!

Kyle Hinterser Cant say enough about this company And how horrible it was working with them. My wife contracted COVID, and that was it for them. Either we could go find a notary 2 days before closing that was willing to curbside signing on such short notice or push the closing back. Its been 2 years since the pandemic began, so youd think places would have practices and options in place to adjust to the new norm right? NOT FIRST AMERICAN TITLE! Theyre still acting like its 2019 and they have no idea what its like to deal with COVID. They do NOT offer any kind of curbside closing, they have ZERO practices in place to handle someone contracting COVID last minute, and they WILL place all the burden on you, their customer, because they literally dont care. Oh, and I hope you like guessing! Because thats their favorite game. Why have a simple Power of Attorney letter? No, gotta make sure you squeeze as much legalese into it as possible so its as confusing as it can be for the layperson they send it to to fill it out. And NO they cant help you! Oh, and think you have everything in place and good to go for closing? Wrong again! Because you may have more paperwork you need to bring to closing even though you sent it in an email and they accepted it. Remember what I said about guessing games? Because they wont tell you you need it, they just leave it to you to guess. Why communicate when you can have fun playing the guessing game? Stress? What is that? First American doesnt know because they leave all the burden on you, the stressed out customer! You can handle any and all hurdles that might come up, because they wont help you. So, in short, STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE THEM. If your realtor suggests them, get a new realtor.

Companies have become extremely automated nowadays, but getting to chat with Dave and his team helps make the experience less dreadful. His team is very helpful and always quick to respond to my questions or concerns.

My wife had a bad accident and Allstate took care of her and Dave and Dana made sure her claim was being handled quickly. Every time we have had to add another car or house, they have been quick to reply.

Kyle Wiedau Initially very pleased when switching over my home-owners insurance. Fast forward 10 months into the policy and they are now stating they made a clerical mistake on their part initially and I owe $265 or they are cancelling my policy. I have 11 days to find new home owners insurance. The broker I deal with is Midwest Preferred Insurance Services. I initially asked to speak to a rep who made this decision and am now being ignored. Pretty disgusting way to treat a client.

Bernadette Schaar Extremely high premiums and brokers will inflate unneeded limits for policy. I canceled the policy 30 days in advance but broker did not communicate the wrong date so I was charged $600 for a policy I cancelled. Its been 10 days and still no sign of refund. Requested refund ach as everyone knows insurance checks are a headache to wait to clear, but I never recieved a response. They took my payments ach, so return the same way it was taken. Terrible experience in every way possible!!
