Big Foot I went to the Allstate Office in Marion. On a Monday the door was locked, knocked and Holly let me in. Did not say a word. She was on the Computer, I‘LL Be Right With You. Then Someone Called And All She Did Was Set And Roll Her Eyes Around. Andy Woods Was Not There, So Came Back Wednesday At 9:00am. I Cancelled A Doctors Appointment, My Insurance Was Important. He Said He Couldn’t Help Me With My Auto Insurance. Because He Didn’t Write It. He Gladly Took My Homeowner’s Payment. He Didn’t Write It Either. I Asked Him Can You Rewrite Auto Policy For Me? He Said I Can But It Would Take 4 Months To Be Into Affect!! I’m Not No Dummy That’s What He Made Me Feel Like. To Get Rid Of Me. I’ll Check With A Good Friend. Maybe He Can Help Me. Is What He Said. Will Be In Touch With You By Friday. They Told Me My Auto Insurance Was Blocked That’s Why He Couldn’t Do Anything. So I Called Allstate Customer Service, They Said He Can Help You. I Didn’t Know Allstate Customer Service Called Him, And I Called Him On Friday. He Answered The Phone, He Screamed At Me, My Husband Heard Him Yell, And He Wanted The Phone. He Said , Andy Did Your Going To Have To Give Me Time, All I Was Doing Was Trying To Tell Him What Customer Service Said. I’ll Let You Know. Him Or Holly Neither One Called Me. Sent A Email With Two Different Policy Quotes. I Have Never Been Treated So Badly My Someone WHO Is Supposed To Be So Professional. In His Office And On The Phone. Very Very Rudest Man I Have Ever Spoken With. It’s Just As Easy To Be Nice As To Be Rude. I Guess He Was Upset Because He Was Not Golfing Or Walking His Dog. As He Wrote About Himself, When He Isn’t In The Office. He Has No Business Being In Office At All. I Looked At The Reviews About Him Some Not Good. I’ve Had Allstate Before (Debbie House) So I Over Looked The Reviews. Yes They Are True. I Was So Upset With Them. I Had Different Insurance As Soon As I Got Off Of The Phone. 4 Months To Write A Policy, Yeah

Sheba Johnson Very poor customer service skills. I attempted to get an insurance quote and was charged for it. After contacting the office numerous times and not having anyone return my phone call, I then reported this issue directly with Allstate and even attempted to email the owner Andy Wood to let him be aware of this situation. I received a very threatening and unprofessional email from him. I have worked in customer service for 26 years and I have never seen such poor customer service skills in my life. Do not use this insurance agent. I have been polite and nice every time that I have called and I have never in my life dealt with anyone as rude as Andy Woods. I will be leaving Allstate immediately for both my auto insurance and home owners insurance. Very Sad that someone feels the need to be so rude and threatening to someone.
