Texas is superior She literally put my name without my consent on a car and then charges me more for removing the problem she created. Then I canceled and it’s still not canceled, I have to go to the bank and remove my card from her system. Ridiculous

Kevin H Recently went to get car insurance here with my parents and it was great! We were honestly not sure if any of the big name insurances would be good but boy were we wrong about state farm. My wife and I went to buy insurance for our cars, I dont know what the problem is or if Mrs. Elizabeth was having a bad day, but she cant insult and say bad words to customers like she did with my wife. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT BUY ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE. watch out!!!!!!

Carlos Collinsworth This place is a joke. I found myself needing to join Simply Insurance due to an accident I was in as they were referred to by the currency exchange. Without getting little information on the document I absolutely needed from them I still stupidly paid for a years policy upfront thinking that they were going to help but after a month of talking to multiple people from this place, I was rudely spoken to by different people, hung up on multiple times, no one gave me their names for at least accountability purposes, and they weren’t even holding up their end of the job when they wouldn’t send the state of IL documents for me when the state is telling me that they have to. So instead I went to Geico and they’ve been helping me ever since last year! So don’t be like me and give this place any money, they are super rude and they won’t care about your needs and this is coming from a year-long customer.
