Haley Skye Edit: Ive been going to this place for awhile now and the ladies at the front desk have definitely gotten a lot kinder and Ive had zero canceled appointments in well over a year. Just wanted to update my review.
The dentists and dental assistants are fantastic (especially the newest dentist. Shes incredible.) but the front desk ladies are just mean. They are so unbelievably rude even when they are the ones that make a mistake. They treat you like youre inconveniencing them when youre just trying to see a dentist/take your child to the dentist. Good luck keeping an appointment as well because they seem to double book an awful lot or book appointments on days where "they wont have a doctor". Im sure theres one or two that are great people but the couple Ive spoke with, not so much. Im sure its a very stressful job but the doesnt mean that you should take it out on patients.

Saiperus Whats told they would work with us on my daughter getting to see a counselor. Told us even if we were 10 minutes late they would work with us. Showed up 3 minutes late and was told that they would not see my daughter. This place keeps going downhill.

Emily Brown I am a single mother of 3 kids, with very little support from other. I finally got someone to watch 1 of my kids so I can take the other 2 to the dentist. I arrived early to appointment time only to be told I could not keep the appointment because I did not confirm the appointment because they had the wrong phone number for me. No care of their patients health, complete lack of care. I cancelled all appointments and will go else where.
