Ann Cameron I booked the Reflexology services with Heather of Knots a Problem. I was so impressed with the beautiful setting, her expertise, and her obvious talent in foot massage and formal Reflexology techniques. I cant wait to go back for another appointment, and try her other services too. Very professional and nice. Easy parking and a gentle ramp to get to the studio.

T Remy Ive had a couple of great experiences at Knots A Problem since moving to Galena! Heather recently did a great Pedicure and massage for my tired feet - I now have a great spring color and ready for sandals--where is that warm weather?!! My first experience was having a foot reflexology massage that was super! I cant wait to go back again and try more on their "menu" of massages...because we all need some pampering from our day to day stresses of life. This is a fantastic place to let go of your stress with Heather and her helpful staff of talented people. Check them out the next time you are in the area of Ridge Street or in town!!

Kris Escalante Mickey does an excellent job coloring my hair and giving me a fresh cut each visit. In the past, she has added highlights to break up my hair line and I loved the results. The shop is super cute and so comfortable. Mickey is such a nice person and she is the salon owner. I return for my monthly color! My whole family goes to her and my grandson and granddaughter loves her!

Rose Svoboda Kim, is a great stylist. She will take her time to show you pictures on the internet that you would like. Best haircut I have received in Galena. I moved here 2 years ago and have tried other salons and I finally found one I will continue to go
