Adara Winkowski I initially wasn’t going to leave a review on my experience, but then figured I should share. Due to unprofessionalism, I personally would not recommend the Taft Insurance Agency. Andrew was great to work with until he wasn’t. After going back and forth through email, Andrew disappeared with zero explanation. I figured that’s okay, things happen, no problem. I sent multiple follow-up emails over the course of a couple weeks and I heard crickets back. I contacted the office manager, Terry, who was very kind and helpful. Andrew finally got back to me after almost a month saying that no competitive quotes were available. Couldn’t that have been said sooner rather than completely disappearing on a potential client? To make a long story short, I will be seeking out other independent insurance agents in the future. I would not recommended working with Taft Insurance.
