emma gregg I got a lash lift from her and I absolutely loved it!! My lashes are long but they don’t pop like I want, she made me feel so much better about them!! It was also very relaxing in her room!

Lisa Erlinger Jenny is the absolute best at what she does. Years of searching for a stylist who could give me the gorgeous cut Ive always wanted...ended with Jen. I love the perfect layers, and that choppy, Dolly Parton style. Absolute perfection. She is always so bright and cheerful, and I look forward to every visit. THE best stylist Ive ever experienced!

Aaron Hawley My daughter went in to have her hair highlighted in rose gold. Spent $118 on my credit card and her hair came out bright red! Im talking about her whole head not a just a highlight but every piece of hair on her head was bright red!!! My daughter was too shy to say anything to the stylist so she called me crying. I called up there and the stylist who did it talked to me and said thats what my daughter wanted. I disagreed because I had the pictures of the color my daughter wanted so the stylist became very irritated and had an awful attitude so then I asked if she was color blind because theres a huge difference between pink and bright red! I then spoke with the owner who agreed to make it right free of charge so I felt a little better about the ordeal. She took my name and I thought everything would get sorted out. Fast forward to the time when we tried to actually have the mistake fixed and its an entirely different story. So now Im out $118 and I have to pay someone else to fix this!!!! We will not be returning and will never recommend this place to anyone!!! But the owner did tell me that shes big on customer satisfaction... Oh I can see that!!!!

SUSAN SULLIVAN I made an appointment with Kerstin for a loose perm, she rolled my hair on orange and peach rods and it turned out perfect - another great job by Kerstin! Thank you Kerstin you always do a great job!

Renee FANTASTIC!!!! Rachel was my stylist today, and will be my stylist next time! She got my style nearly perfect, which is amazing considering this was my first time with her! I havent had a cut that I truly liked for a very long time and am very happy with the results! Thank you, Rachel!

Steve Krajefska Sara was short handed. In fact, she was the only one minding the store. While she was cutting my hair, she was answering the phone and talking to potential clients, answering questions and still managed to get my haircut in a timely fashion. She also had a great attitude and was easy to talk to.

Nicole Narsh Aimee was amazing. She gave me a personal tour of the salon on my arrival and made me feel like a friend who was visiting for the first time. The entire place was very clean and well organized. Aimee listened to exactly what I wanted with my hair and did it beautifully. I refuse to go anywhere else and that goes for my family as well. Best place in Salem I’ve ever been!!! Thank you guys tremendously!!!!

Tammy Hansford This was my first visit to the salon and the experience was great. Aimee did not disappoint! I absolutely love my hair! Every employee there was super friendly. faye halfacre I had extremely long, out of control hair, and Ami transformed me!! She did an AMAZING job and was very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone. The stylists are all so polite and helpful. The Hair Business changed the way I look at myself now and I could not thank them enough!

Christine Metcalf I was in desperate need of color and style and Christie got me in right away. Although I was a new client she matched my color perfectly and gave me a new, refreshing style I love! Ill definitely be going back.

J J “Rabbit” Angie has been cutting my hair for well over 20 yeas. Ive always been happy with her. The Hair Shak is general is a great place. Christy (not sure how she spells it) & Angie are always polite, respectful & fun to hangout with. I will continue to be a customer with them

Sonny Taylor Angie is an excellent colorist and stylist. She gave me exactly the shade I needed to cover my grays and add shine! She gave me 100% of her time and focus and did a fantastic job with my long, thick hair.

Katelyn Lord Ryan It never matters who is doing your hair these girls are all so friendly, its a very happy atmosphere in there at all times! Chelsie Green does my hair and she is the most polite, kind, caring woman! Im always satisfied when I come in and when I come out! She does it in a timely matter also which is a huge plus! Thank you guys for having so many seating options, water to drink, and suckers for the kids! Also they do eye brows and nails!

Benjamin Basan Molly is a gem of a mens stylist. Most importantly, she does a great job. What I like about her in addition to this is that she knows her strengths and weaknesses and is always working to get better. Shes also a great guide to the community!
