Chelsea Treece is who I picked as my sons pediatrician, however on his last visit she was not supportive of my decisions for my son, argued with my mom, and tried to corner me into a decision to change my mind. Safe to say we will be switching providers.

Donald Settles Love the place . Everyone is totally nice . The staff is very professional . Theyve ALWAYS addressed ANY ISSUES IVE BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION. The fact that I can take care of so many things in one place has been a life saver! Dental, mental health, general medicine for my diabetes, And they helped me with finding housing , getting a S.S. disability case filed and going, as well as referrals to specialists in any times that I may have needed one. Over all its the best health care Ive EVER been involved with . Id suggest it to anyone to go to ANNA RURAL HEALTH CLINIC , if you want top quality care . And a staff that just keeps getting better at what all they do there.

Susan Clouse I go to the behavioral health section and everyone is great. My nurse practitioner, therapist, and nurse are all caring and never fail to remind me that I can contact them with any questions or problems.

James H Worst hospital Ive ever visited. ER doctor, Jonathon White was rude and uninformed. He kept forgetting and changing his story. He would tell us one thing and completely change what he just said. He blamed it on being busy. I was so angry I left the room. After I left, he questioned my wife, implying and asking if I was abusive. We will never be back and I will be filing a formal complaint.

Sharrol Stephens I am DISGUSTED!! I brought my 11 year old daughter in at 3:30 PM for suicidal thoughts, its is currently 11pm. The evaluation finally got done about 20 mins ago. My daughter has been here with no food, in a room stripped bare for over 7 hours. We sat over 4 hours before we got blood work back, in our many hours here we have seen only 2 nurses and finally the doctor after he waited 4 hours to see her. We are still waiting, have no information and are both exhausted and hungry. This hospital is a joke And has blatantly prolonged our visit. I dont ever advise children come here. Especially ones who need help. You dont leave a kid to sit for hours on end that wants to kill themselves. I will never come here for any of my family again. I am disgusted.

Jennifer Miller In May of 2022 I was hit by a semi while traveling, i am from Texas traveling to Indiana. I was taken here. They x-rayed my chest and shoulder and said I was fine. I just had whiplash. Incorrect. I had a torn shoulder muscle that was left undiagnosed until i saw my lawyers doc two months later. While at the hospital, I did not see a nurse at all until I went to their counter and interrupted their talk of some sports thing to see where the alcohol wipes were to clean up my scrapes and cuts myself since they were not interested in helping me. This is not why I am giving them a 1 star. I know nurses are busy and the accident was not that bad, but still what the hell. Last year my lawyer sent the payment to the hopsital after rhe settlement. It was an over payment so I am due a refund. The hospital failed to post the payment to the account. I have sent them the documentation on this payment multipul times. They sent me to collections AFTER the payment was supposed to be posted and after i called them 3 tomes to ensure the payment was recieved. I even have a copy of the posted check that was sent to them. I fixed things with the collection agency with in an hour of them contacting me using the same documentation i sent the hospital. Every time I call the billing department to find out an update, I am given the run around. Told to call back in 10 days or some one will call me back and then they dont. It has been a year now of fighting with the hospital billing to get this done. And still today, nothing. No payment posted to my account and another fake promise to call me back. My advise, stay on top of your payments. If you are in an accident like me, ask your lawyer to send you a copy of the posted check for your hospital bill payments so you have documentation when they pull a stunt like this. Update: refund request was posted in Feb 2025. The refund still has not been issued. Another fake promise of a call back in 6 days. This is a joke of a billing department. Negative stars if I could.

Ted Myhre We have been going to Dr. Jones for years. We especially appreciate the friendly service and value. Throughout the years, the doctors Jones (intentional plural) have never tried to upsell uneeded services or complicate simple tasks. I have never felt exploited. They have treated our familys dental needs carefully and efficiently.

Tannie Justus Have used Dr. Jones office for over 30 years. I was as pleased with Dr. Philip joining his dads practice, as I have been with his dad over the years. The rest of the staff are always friendly, very efficient, and knowledgeable. All make it the best experience possible each and every time I go no matter the treatment. Thanks to a great team. Susan Burwell I am so impressed with Dr. Jones and his staff. They use the latest in dental technology to keep patients from having to return for multiple appointments. They gladly fit me in to their busy schedule to repair a broken tooth. Within 1.5 hours, they had done an x-ray, numbed the area, drilled down the jagged filling, created and installed a new crown on site, which fits perfectly and looks great. My new crown cost 1/3 of the price as I was quoted by a dentist in Champaign.

Tasha Mackk I called asking about a root canal she told me they refer those out so i ask to whom so i can look them up and the ladys like oh all over and is silent sooooo ok where i say im in marion we have one there and once again is silent sooo im like does he have a name number address oh its dr todd silence like yall are supposed to be HELPFUL i think you guys got more of the hateful side sad because im literally at risk of my tooth infecting my brain and anybody in the dental field should know that can result in death and i expressed the urge for my needs because of the infection so to basically have to force a name out of them was beyond weird i can only imagine actually having to deal with their staff in person

Kacie Fuller Very rude!! Since mowery took over Ive had to pay for alot of services that I never had to when Wells owned it. They do not explain the bills to you all they do is yell at you and hang up the phone on you when you ask a question. Do not recommend!!!!
