    Samantha Donahue: This place makes you feel like theyll help you. Youve gotta jump through flaming hoops and in the end, they tell you they cant help you but they understand your situation. Overall mood in the place is very unwelcoming and they make you feel like you dont belong there asking for assistance. They clearly DO NOT care and you can hear for yourself if you call Loris phone and leave a message in her voicemail. Tone of voice is lackluster and cold. These people dont belong helping other people. Very discouraging. Nothing but false hope here. Absolutely would not recommend, even if its your last resort.

    Joe Campbell: Stay away from Old National Bank. First Midwest had good customer service. Old National just wants to rip customers off. This branch has good customer service, but their hands are tied. A car payment was accidently processed twice and then one payment was immediately reversed. Old National still charged an overdraft fee and I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. The First Midwest merger ruined a great bank. Old National is only interested in ripping you off.
