    Joe: We found a car in the metro area that we wanted to look at and purchase. We were on our way to Granite City and decided to make sure we would be able to come home with the car if we liked it due to no time to make another trip, Delise Thompson was the loan officer we worked with on a Saturday. She knew we were on a time crunch because the bank closes at 1pm and she made sure to work with us and the dealership to get the car secured. That meant she was working up to closing to make sure the dealership got paid and we could leave with the car. This purchase was very last minute and would not have happened as smoothly as it did if she wasn’t dedicated to making customers happy. She went above and beyond and dedicated herself from start to finish. We have several accounts and loans with SIU CU and we are very pleased and will never go anywhere else

    Jason Mann: I am not happy with this financial institution/advisor at all. I could not pull my money out of Edward Jones fast enough. On both accounts, all I saw was losses. Since it was inheritance, I wanted to give the benefit of a doubt. My parents seemed to trust this person, but if i could afford an attorney, i would have the entire place investigated. After losing more than half of my money and not seeing any gains for a year, I had to cut my losses. I shouldve been a financial advisor instead of working for a living. 1/10 will never invest here again.

    Kelly Crider: I just have to say how grateful I am for the team at Country Financial, especially Whitney Rexing who answered every question I had without hesitation. Upon filing my first claim, Whitney was so resourceful in assembling the best team to meet the needs of our family. We had multiple trees hit our home in the past 24 hours due to storms, which made it a very stressful situation. I felt at ease knowing that they were viewing my house not just as a house, but a home that I am raising my babies in.     Dustin Hilmes: Its behind the times. They use withdraw an deposit slips, compaired to the electronic signing pad. Their app works about 85% of the time. I have to insert my card several times to get the atm to work. An they dont have a cash or coin counting machines.

    David Stuber: Scarlett herself is sweet but if you ever have a claim, be forewarned the adjusters will lie to you and low ball estimates. They dont care about their customers. They count on people not understanding their claim process and will all out lie to you when you ask questions about it. Stay Away from Country Companies!!!
