I went in to have a diamond reset in my wedding ring, left there with a nice watch for my husband. And was like a little kid in a candy store filled with wonder and awe at all the neat and beautiful things there ! We will be back... for sure ! 2 /5 Kathy Dillard: I had them design a necklace for my daughter’s wedding with diamonds that have been in our family. When I left the store, the owner/son said it would be ready in a week or so. We had decided the design and materials prior to me leaving them with him. It was a simple design with the diamonds going from smallest to largest in a straight line. After 4 weeks (now 1week before the wedding) of having the design decided and diamond in hand, I picked up the necklace. It was a mess. The diamonds were not in a straight line, they were unevenly spaced, and were aimed in different directions when viewed from the side. Needless to say, I was greatly disappointed since it was too late to have it redesigned anywhere else.
