I can’t say enough about the owner, I was in on my birthday weekend and when she found out she made me feel like I was her most important customer! It’s hard to find businesses that go above and beyond to make you feel special but this is one of those places. If you love jewelry you absolutely need to stop you won’t regret it.

2 /5 Korene P: Loved the items for purchase in the store. However, our cashier was extremely rude and condescending to me.And she was probably half my age. Did not say welcome or thank you to us. If I did not like the purse I-purchased so much I would have walked out the door. In hindsight I feel I probably should have. Will not shop here again and will tell others the same.

5 /5 Holly K: This is my absolute favorite store in Galena. I always emerge with at least 15 pieces every time I go. Everything looks expensive but it’s actually extremely affordable and the jewelry lasts, doesn’t tarnish, etc. A must visit!

Deanna K: Shopping in Galena & we were so excited to see a Gelato place!! I really wish I had known earlier I also would’ve gotten coffee in the morning here! I had the little cup of lemon gelato & it was so good!! Very refreshing on a hot summer day. We went back later to try another flavor but unfortunately the store closed at 5:00pm. That was a disappointment as it makes the perfect dessert after a dinner in town. (Hint hint…you stay open longer people will come!)

Cameron Reynolds: My and my fiancée came in to get our wedding bands for each other and to resize my fiancées engagement ring. We had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely helpful and dedicated. Our contact, Alesha aided us in our decisions, lowering prices, and checking in with us throughout the process; She was wonderful. For my wedding band, I brought in another ring to be melted down and repoured into another design. The designer did a fantastic job and K Hollis went to great lengths to lower the price estimate and to get the final product that I desired. Lastly, they did fantastic with the resizing and were even able to keep a very detailed engraving despite it being where they would normally cut the ring. Overall, we had a great experience and couldnt recommend them more.

Brittany P: Love Love Love Sue Nelson! She has done absolutely everything for me! I found this place after needing a watch engraved on the back for my boss. No ONE would do this engraving until I found Sue. She did the engraving for like $10, and it looked awesome. I then went back to her to update my wedding rings for a push present. I cant even explain everything she did for me. She absolutely went above and beyond, helping me design it! We combined my wedding and engagement ring together, and it turned out AMAZING! Im so sad Sue is retiring, but I definitely will still use this jewelry store for all my jewelry purchases.

I also wanted the rings seperated (all three were saudered together). Eduardo was super helpful and very fair with his price so we moved forward and it was ready in a day!!
