She is very unprofessional. Guess I shouldnt be surprised, as her only other reviews come from her husband and a friend. EDIT: Pertaining to her response below, she most obviously would not want to respond because of the piles of documented proof showing her lack of professionalism and inability to respond to messages after promises to do so. Its funny that it took her 20 minutes to respond to this review, but she still has not responded to a half dozen messages from the previous five weeks.

j ABD: I wasn’t sure I would leave a review, so I waited a few months after my case settled to decide. Mark Weissburg was my attorney. We never spoke on the phone, I emailed him every 6 mo for an update because he didn’t offer any on his own. He initially asked me to settle for a third of what I ended up getting telling me “it was a good deal”. The only reason I received more was because I told him no and had to write out the reasons I should get more for my workplace injury. Four years into this when I asked him to clarify what something meant from opposing council, he gave me a single sentence response which didn’t even answer my question. I came back telling him he is getting 20% of what I get so the least he could do was give me 5 minutes of his time to answer and only then did he send me pages of info. He may be an author and teacher on the subject but man, he was awful at communicating and advocating. Plus side- Wade and Connie were great. After reading other reviews here, Dan seems to be a great lawyer.
