    Miranda Marie: Switched to this company for car insurance about maybe 6 months ago. Little did I know that was the worst mistake ever!!! Recently got a letter in the mail stating my license would be suspended if I didn’t insure my vehicle in a certain amount of time but I was paying for car insurance with these people, so I was very confused. When we brought the issue to DOUGS attention he stated he did not properly record my vehicles identification number & year. Also that it couldn’t have been on my end that he WISHES he could blame it on me which was just very unprofessional in & out.. now I’m not getting any calls returned he supposedly went on vacation, have went in office he “wasn’t there” that day & nobody can tell me anything about me being compensated for a service I paid for & was NOT PROVIDED. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere these people are very unprofessional & do not care!! If I could give zero stars I would!

    Andrew Lotko: I called my insurance agent because I got a rock chip in my windshield, and I was worried the chipped windshield could crack totally. Deanna said I should take my Jeep into Safelite Auto for glass repair. I said that would be great. She also said she could help with making the appointment itself, And I said wow, that would be awesome. Unbelievably, I was able to take My jeep into Safelite auto glass that same afternoon. When I got to Safelite, the mechanic there was extremely helpful, He explained the condition of my chip, and advised he could have it fixed in 15 minutes. So I waited in their lobby, got a complementary cup of coffee,, And before I was done with my coffee, my Jeep was ready. I looked at the chip, and it disappeared, they did a great job. so from calling my agent to having my problem fixed it didn’t take more than a half a day, and the job was done perfectly.
