I was extremely nervous about starting because I know I have so far to go, but that feeling went out the door on the very first day. EVERY coach and member has been extremely supportive. They make sure you understand how to execute each move correctly and provide meaningful on-the-spot feedback. There is such a diverse group of members with varying levels of experience that no one feels out of place. I have done things that I honestly did not think were possible. I have a long way to go, but I know that it is me today vs me yesterday, and being a member here makes me want to keep going.

The manager Alex has been extremely supportive to every person that walks through the door and is constantly looking for ways to improve the gym whether its asking for your feedback, making sure youre doing well, or even going around and and cleaning to ensure you have the best experience possible. It really shows dedication when the face of the company makes you feel welcomed!

Tom C: I experienced extremely poor customer service registering my children for a swimming class. The woman taking my info immediately yelled to her coworkers that there was a dad who didn’t know the schedule and then acted inconvenienced that she had had to tell me what times were still available. She asked what level the kids were. I said beginners. She snapped at me saying she knew they were beginners. I started spelling my son’s name and she yelled at me that she knew how to spell it. She yelled at me three times what kind of credit card I was using after I said I was getting it. This employee acted like someone who hated their job and hated their customers.

Cris Dave: I’ve been a Planet Fitness member for many years across different locations, and the Moline location has really stood out lately. The new manager, Rashi (cant recall her full name), is outstanding — professional, smart, and very tech-savvy. While resolving my issue and helping me with the app, I also noticed her efficiently handling several other members’ concerns at the same time. The club is clean, well-maintained, and clearly under great leadership. The morning staff is also friendly, courteous, and professional. Truly impressed!
