John looks out for his clients interests at all times, and has provided me with very sound advice. The other thing I appreciate about Johns agency is the timeliness of their communication. I have a hectic work life but with BWM Insurance Agency handling my affairs, I never have to follow up twice. I always get prompt responses with clear answers.

My husband and I always feel like hes looking out for us and the minute we need anything or have questions regarding a certain aspect of our insurance, Johns always been there to guide us. We just had a basement flood recently and John was there to support us and make sure we fully understood how our insurance covered the unfortunate incident and helped us file the claim. He was fantastic! Fast, polite and he patiently explained the entire policy options to me, we ended up with a really reasonably priced car insurance policy for my son ( who is a first time driver) and with great coverage.
