Skip Johnston: While the team at Thompson Flaherty CPA managed to complete our forms adequately, their service speed left much to be desired. Despite multiple inquiries about the status of our paperwork, I was repeatedly provided with deadlines that they failed to meet. Our paperwork was delayed for an inordinate period of five months, causing us to incur significant interest and late fees. What compounded our disappointment was the firms attempt to levy additional charges just to draft a letter to the IRS concerning the very fees their delay had caused. In the end, we found it best to cover the additional costs ourselves and seek services elsewhere in the future.

Tim Williams: On 2/21/24 at approximately 4:30pm this bank ATM machine took not only my wifes debit card but also 340.00 from my bank account. As opposed to the professional thing to do the people working in the bank at this time thought it was appropriate to sit laughing as my wife sat there. I expect an apology. Actually I DEMAND and apology. I will be visiting this bank at open of business on 2/22 to speak with the highest person I can get in contact with. Ill update this review based upon this visit.
