Using my late mom, sister and grandmas pieces, they listened and cared and created a necklace that was stunning. I was so intimidated to ask a jeweler and I had no reason to be scared. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is. Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store. Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.

Brandon Ballard: Wonderful little jewelry sales and repair. They have techs on site. Its not a large store, but it has a great collection of jewelry. And the staff are very very pleasant. It is like walking in to see family in the jewelry business. I had them fix my wifes ring and they were able to fit it in and get it done before Valentines day. And the repair is phenomenal. Ill definitely be back here first when in the market for anything new or for repairs. Highly highly recommend

Sandy Carver: Very friendly family owned jewelry store. They have something for anyones budget. Great store to have in our little town. Update - I always felt good about taking my jewelry here. But since the owner retired and his son took over. This place is an absolute joke. I took my wedding ring in to have an upgraded stone put in back in March. This was a gift from my husband to upgrade my ring. After multiple calls and our anniversary come up in August, it still wasnt ready (really 5 months later). So I went in demanding to see my ring. Was starting to feel like I was getting the run around. They did have it, but still not ready. I said I wanted it by August 28 (our anniversary). Assured me it would be ready. So the day came and went in, he said sorry blah blah I can have it for next week. I lost it! Next week my anniversary will be over. Its today, and youve had my ring 6 months. I stormed out. An hour later, he called me to say hed deliver it to me in an hour. 2 hours pass, and here he was. He did his best to hide my ring but charged me nothing. Rightfully so. Side diamonds were missing shotty soldering. I was devastated. Only plus my husband bought me a new ring since the original, which I loved so much, is now ruined. Will never be back.

Katee Fletcher: I visited this store while traveling when I stumbled across my matching band that I was wanting, but has been discontinued. Mindy and the the rest of the ladies were beyond wonderful in helping me return my recently purchased band and purchase the one I’d been searching for everywhere! They took such care in examining and cleaning my rings and made the process smooth and easy. They sent off the new ring to be resized and are sending it to my hometown Kay’s. When they initially received my resized ring back, I got a call verifying the size I wanted. They had remembered an issue with my previous band’s size and said they weren’t satisfied with accuracy of the size that came back. They apologized (through no fault of their own) and sent the ring back on a rush to get it appropriately sized. I’ve never experienced a store remembering my issue and then proactively correcting the (barely) quarter of an inch difference! I was so impressed! When I called to check in they even remembered me and my ring was already on the way to my store. The customer service I received has been above and beyond and I’m so appreciative of those wonderful ladies!
