1 /5 Joanne Carbonell-Rodriguez: I gave them one star not because they are a collection agency, but because they are incredibly irresponsible and incompetent. I had paid the bill that I was sent to collection for previously; however, they said it was not the same account even though it had the same date of service and the same amount to be paid. They returned the image of the canceled check that I had sent them both sides. They continue to send me notices and warnings. I called them and left a message stating I thought that these were predatory practices since I had explained that the bill was paid and they insisted that I pay again.
