The rudeness is whatever, but not being able to get answers to questions is an issue. If you don’t like this kind of work or helping students, you should probably find a new job.

Chris Drummond: They said system is down and deposits from business not showing up at all when done before 2 including cash but they are still taking debit fractions out. They have done this before and Im fed up and taking 2 of my accounts elsewhere. This bank has serious issues with there system crashing all the time and deposits can take up to 3 days to post normally.
