    Kat M: I have been to this unique gift store a handful of times. I have purchased gems, incense and burners, scented soaps and bath bombs, jewelry and bamboo socks (to name a few). I recently went to find a gift for a hard to shop for niece. I bought her a kitchen cooking torch/flame and she loved it! I would never have thought of it but knew they had a fun kitchen section. They clearly strive to carry unique items not found in box stores. I am going to buy myself a rain chain next time. Also, the wands they offer are harry potter type, not made for children to play. Adults like them too. Also feels Great to support a local, unique family owned business.

    domonick Teague: Had an initial consultation set with Joan at 1:00PM on 01/27/2025, for her to come to my mother’s house and view her belongings and potentially begin the estate sale process for us. Joan did not show up, nor did she bother to call me or text me beforehand, letting me know she would not be able to make it to our appointment, which displays the ultimate lack of professionalism. I text her at 1:09PM, reminding her of our appointment to check and see was she running a little late. I didn’t receive a text message from her until 2:45PM with her stating that she had an unexpected appointment. Its one thing to be running a business and maybe not have the best prices or something of that nature, but to miss an appointment and not text or call beforehand is the ultimate display of a lack of professionalism to me as it wastes people’s precious time. Needless to say, I will not be working with this business to host my estate sale.

    Mari Chav: We travel to Rockford for medical reasons and the last 2 times weve stopped to order custom made curtains, the sales people couldnt help us, the only person qualified was off that day or wouldnt be in until later. I wandered the store trying to find someone to help,I ended up in jewelry where a very huffy lady paged someone and in the end she didnt help us. How do you not train your people in all departments if you only have part time people working? You lost 600.00 for your store, were going to Iowa to see if the stores are any better,if not its no wonder youre closing a majority of your stores smh

    Leeli Pups: My Grandmother first got me going to this store because she LOVES it. Shes had so many of her items created and fixed here its amazing. They always take great care of the customers and Ive bought several pieces from them as well. Ive always felt welcome, they go out of their way to help you find that perfect item, and have created unique gifts out of old jewelry (had a heart necklace made from an old ring, turned out perfect). Just make sure when you go you bring treats for DUKE!!!
