1 /5 Bryan Baskerville: Been calling their branch for about an hour now without one answer, the customer service is FN horrible! Switching banks right when I have the chance so sick of this company!

1 /5 google user: This location like every other location Ive tried as well as the call in service, will tell you policy without verification of your account. Chase offers many accounts and policies vary across their offerings os those accounts. Some common policies are often quoted for them to "turn the call over" to get to the next customer. This tells me they value call metrics over customer experience. That value has cost me ability to access my funds via atm and further inconvenienced me past the outright lies Ive been told. Im just a speck of total deposits the bank has and its truly ridiculous the amount of "misinformation" (as the chase rep from the 800 number states it) Do better actually take time to explain things to the customer and verify what account your speaking about so expectations match policy. Ill be pulling my funds Monday morning.

1 /5 Ivette Contreras: Just went in to this Chase location to try and open a new Business. I can understand if you are unable to help with our needs but at least have good customer service. We did not feel this from Denise at all from the very beginning to end.

1 /5 Joe Renteria: This branch is horrible with customer service. We had some issues with our info, they told us we only needed a form to correct it. We come back with the form and they say oh u need the form plus this other stuff. Like what, it was the manager who told us we just needed the form. The banker Denise Perez had no clue on how to help, she told us to call the number on the card and they can help, we did and the operator told us its the branch that has all the info and the ones who can update our profile. They refused to take my wifes drivers license as a form of ID because she has an itin number. Then asked her how she was able to even get a drivers license, in a belittling way, this is how you treat your customers? Never will I step foot in this branch, full of people who have no customer service experience nor the ability to help get your problems solved.

3 /5 Bogdan Matczuk: From all Chase branches I’ve experienced across the US this one is the lowest grade. Staff is dry and very unhappy if you ask more than 2 questions. The only unsatisfying answers are: this is our policy or I will be happy to close your account. When last year I requested foreign currency exchange they promised me 5 days processing. It happened in 14 days after my vacation in Iceland. I had to cancel the request and lost my money on this transaction. My relatives did the same transaction in Oswego branch and money were ready next day. My recent visit with simple deposit was also no fun. Surprise of new policy. I will bypass this branch by 1 mile radius. Because they act like self adoration group I will never
