He illegally told the Homeowner I was dealing with to do nothing and to stop working with me so he could put the claim in. This is definitely illegal so I would not being doing business here if that is how they conduct themselves and their business. Completely unprofessional.

Whenever I call for information, to process a claim, or replacement insurance cards, they are always "on the ball", and I dont have to sing a silly jingle! Being in a sales position that requires purchasers to have insurance, I have never hesitated to recommend her to clients, friends, or family members. Over the last few years, there have been claims against the various policies (home and auto). Nationwide proved to be very consistent and timely with payouts. In one instance, they had the money at the body shop before I was able to bring it to them. That is service!!!
