2 /5 Lord Sorceron: Randomly closed due to covid and laziness. Hours posted on window are inacurate. The lady who works there is too uninvolved to answer the phone. Shes normally working out there or in the back away from the desk/phone. I go here out of geographic convenience.

2 /5 USA POWER: Located next to some apartment complex that Im not sure its very safe. Ceilings are very low for a tall person the gym seems run down.

Nick: Phenomenal gym with a very welcoming energy, this gym has all the essential equipment for beginners and experienced gym goer’s. I’ve been a member for over a year now and I cannot express strongly enough how welcoming this place is ! Wether it’s the members you make friends with or the staff it just feels good. I’ve been to many gyms in my workout career and this is by far my favorite gym. They do a lot for the members, they feature members and their accomplishments. The group classes are always great energy even if you don’t participate! Seeing the members sweating and smiling is such good energy. Any fitness questions you have you can literally ask anyone of the trainers or the manager and they are more than willing to assist with no obligation, I’m so proud to belong to this gym, if and when you join you’ll see what I mean, there are no judgmental feelings ever.

Do Jun Pak: I have my two sons in their kids mma program and they love it here. They are being taught by professional/active mma fighters who do a great job of keeping the kids engaged in learning. There is an emphasis on practical, real life applications of mma. My youngest son got in a small fight at school and stood up for himself and I give One Touch credit for that. Get your kids in this gym!

Kate Hein: Such a great place to sweat and have fun! The instructors are helpful and energetic and the members are so supportive. The space is awesome with plenty of room to dance and strength train. Highly recommend especially if you love music!

Susan McCowin: Love working out at Divided Labs! They offer personal training, nutrition counseling, and a friendly and supportive atmosphere. My trainer, Dakodah, is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. In fact, everyone here is super helpful and encouraging. The gym is clean and well-equipped and the app makes it a breeze to do workouts on my own between sessions. If youre serious about getting in shape and getting healthy, this is your place!
