Dayana Peck: Unprofessional and Rude Staff – Avoid This Company I had a very disappointing experience with this loan company. The employee I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and outright rude. From the start, they were dismissive, impatient, and acted like my questions were an inconvenience. Instead of helping me understand the terms, they rushed through everything and gave me attitude when I asked for clarification. Customer service is a key part of any financial transaction, and this company clearly doesnt care about how they treat people. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for your loan needs.

And if you leave a review they will email you and basically tell you your dumb or trying to scam for your feelings and cancel your account unless u respond to a message I wasnt expecting and send your money to and old address

breann fasking: They have started to refuse to give me any information on MY account when asking about an unknown withdrawal that I did NOT approve. Lied to me saying a debit card is not blocked when it in fact is and I have the email and the proof to show otherwise. They make you fight tooth and nail to get anything accomplished with them. Peru location specifically. Very rude and arrogant. This was my last straw with them. Happily going to close all four accounts with them. 10/10 would never recommend them to anyone ever again. So sad that they have gone this far downhill.
