Furthermore she did a conference call with our current insurers to initiate cancellations. It was comforting having a professional on the line to ask questions I would not have thought to ask. She is the best!! So glad we switched to Connor Metcalfe’s Agency.

I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service on onboarding my insurance needs and taking time to buy better insurance than what I had. I spoke with Erin who provided assistance in more details and how there office helps their clients, provided support in leaving my prior insurance company. Then sent additional follow up email with all the details we spoke about. Wonderful customer service!!
