I am currently not going due to a recent foot surgery but as soon as I am able I will be back at it again! Tiffany has such a big personality & is such a genuine and caring person, she will encourage you every step of the way. So if you are wanting to work out I HIGHLY recommend any of her classes.

She will push you and teach you to believe in yourself. You do not need dance experience; Tiffany’s classes are so much more. She offers options to fit every need; in person, zoom, or pre-recorded videos to workout at a convenient time for you.

5 /5 Casey Bassler: Tiffany provides a fun and positive atmosphere for working out. She has different in-class options, live Zoom workouts, and membership plans. It is very affordable and she helps accommodate workouts to your needs. No workout or dancing experience is needed. Tiffany will guide you every step of the way. Class members are supportive and nonjudgmental. The 30 or 60 minute workouts fly by and you feel proud of yourself at the end. Tiffany is quick at responding to messages so make sure to message her! My personal favorite is the Zoom HIIT2FIT class!
