Iāve had horrible repeated experiences of being charged āHonor Feesā.
Iāve expressed that I never want them to cover a charge on my debit, Iāll use cash or credit yet they charged me $60 for a $7 transaction that never happened.
No help, no refund and after 13 years Iām walking away.
Limited online banking and only allowed 6 internal transfers per monthā¦.so say you need to add money from savings to checking or vice versa, you can only do it 6x a month.
Sub par banking. US Bank is superior and almost any other bank in town
