1 /5 Blake Nichols: The switchboard lady in the lincoln Office is RUDE. I have never in my life dealt with someone so mean and nasty. Look lady, you are dealing with VERY sensitive situations where human beings are having to humble themselves to you. Get some complassion/ bedside manor or go get a different job. Power isn’t everything. Nasty, nasty woman.

1 /5 Chris Ballard: If this is how all cps are ran. Prayers for the children. Illinois cps is terrible and the Lincoln office is a shining example of that. They have been known to break thier own guidelines and even the law, using outdated laws and illegal and immoral tactics. They dont care about families or the children, its all about making money.
