4 /5 scott bean: I went here for help getting my Medicaid straightened out and the representative I had named Lisa was an angel I couldnt have had better help if I tried, she answered all my questions got my paperwork straightened out and got me approved for Medicaid all in the same visit and she was very patient and very understanding. I was really impressed. I recommend a trip here if you need help with your paperwork or your needs.

2 /5 Clayton Burson: Its a real shame that EVERYTHING is automated now!!. You cant call and speak with An actual human on the phone. I have so many questions and NO way to contact the caseworker (let alone even find out who my caseworker even is). unless I want to take the bus all the way up there and wait forever in the lobby.???

1 /5 QuesoDean: Terrible office. Called so many times I’m surprised my phone still works. Left voicemails too; no call back. I’ve only ever gotten a call back from when I first tried to get benefits; that’s it. Do better.

4 /5 Theresa Smith: Only gave a 4 star cause didnt really go in to interact with the staff. But the lady that came outside was very nice, met me right at my car and actually took the time to go over a few most important questions and was very cordial and pleasant to me.
