1 /5 Ron Webber: I just wish I could get someone to explain why it has been 102 days and counting and my claim still isn’t resolved. I have been lied to from the very start. Very sad for my first time ever, with a claim to a company, my wife and I have been with for a very long time. Still waiting…Update on Nov. 7, 2023..I received a response to my review, yesterday, with an offer to meet with representatives of the company to discuss my claim. I replied with an answer, yes , to meeting someone, anyone that wants to explain why I have been treated the way I (my wife and I) that we have. We will see how long it takes from now till then.

I have called this office a couple times for assistance, nobody in the office cab give me help with questions on my policy, I got sent to some "help center" waited a long time and they didnt have an answer. The point of dealing with an insurance office rather than buying online is for the service when you need help. LOUSY customer service. When I did business with Champaign General Agency, Whom Diamond Brothers bought out, I got service. THESE PEOPLE DONT GIVE SERVICE
