She never tried to oversell or undersell anything me and she catered to my insurance needs. She was very knowledgeable and got the answers to what she didnt know giving me the assurance that she never lied to me. If ever I have an issue they work quickly to resolve it. I trust Dougs office Cindy and their crew to protect my dreams!!

5 /5 Typical Americant: I have had, for the past few years, had my insurance coverages simultaneously through 3 separate companies, and needless to say, Id had enough of the hassle! I called American Familys Doug Proudfoot agency, and immediately was greeted by a live individual. Being that I wanted 3 different policies, and wanted increased coverages, along with differing beneficiaries, I had a LOT of questions! I mainly spoke with Revecca, and she never once rushed me, and never once made me feel like I was taking to much of her time! Even after I started my auto and renters, at no time in the coming weeks that I called to ask every question under the sun regarding my life policy did she ever hesitate to take her time and give my her all, including personal experience and in depth explanations of the nomenclature surrounding their policies. If anyone desires a little more hands on, without so much necessary virtual to get things started, the Doug Proudfoot agency is the one to go to! I have been working with Dani. She has been so extremely helpful. She has taken her own time to make phone calls to get answers for me because I have been unsuccessful. I have to say I got more answers out of Dani than the claims dept.
