1 /5 Najera J: This place is ridiculous. Went to get a car loan I don’t think they know what they’re doing with that aspect. I have a great credit score, no reason to launch it took this long, and then she lied, claiming that I wanted to pick up my temporary tags at another location, which wasn’t true. Stay away from this earth movers credit union location. I contacted the manager she said she would call me back to take care of the issues. She never did. No wonder they act with such unprofessionalism. It’s coming from the top down. Poonam is the person to stay away from. At the end they never made it right. Just put in hold and the same story someone will contact you.

1 /5 Joselim Gomez: Terrible experience, something as simple as adding an authorized user took the banker over 40 minutes with her constantly having to make phone calls to figure out what to do. Then she got interrupted to go help someone else who also didn’t know how to add authorized user. No one seemed to know how to do anything incredibly frustrating. Will not be retuning to this branch

1 /5 kathie villalpando: Been with this bank for the past 10 years and every time I apply for a loan it’s always going through hoops, the customer service people always seem like they don’t want to help you not to mention trying to get a answer from them is hardly impossible they say 24hrs but I’ll be waiting weeks and they don’t answer so I go to the bank since I can never get a hold of anyone. I’d rather go to another credit union since they have more to offer and in a timely manner.
