2 /5 G Karl: These people have good intentions, but need much improvement on managing people’s information and communicating accurate information to people involved in their programs. Their office is clean and organized, staff is fairly courteous, but that’s all for not if they completely mess up critical information. You get different information about accounts depending on the person you speak to, so there seems like there is no communication between staff either. They may be trying to help, but you need to confirm what you are told.
