1 /5 Emily Devore: A long written complaint has been filed per Edward Jones corporate and sent to the board. Alicia, attended the funeral of my father Sherman Alexander. The moment she walked in she approached my husband and I and began to question as to whether or not we had called her office. When refusing to speak to her she said, just so you know I can only talk to the people that are the executors on the account. At this point we told her that it did not matter, that this was not the venue to discuss these things and that everything would be heard through probate court. After this, she began to smile and laugh and put her hand on my lap as she stood in front of me, and say "Oh honey, you cant contest anything, the money is clean." To which we responded, please leave us alone, what are you even doing here, this is very unprofessional? To which she responded that she was best friends with Julie, who is the executor. After reiterating that there is no way that we can do anything in court, and touching me a few more times in a passive aggressive manner she walks up to Julie, who she said was her best friend and begins to whisper in her ear and point at us and talk about us. Meanwhile, Im crying this whole time because my dad just passed away. I am very hurt by this and disturbed all at the same time. I have contacted and hired a lawyer and intended to pursue legal action.
