Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, Edward Jones has shown no willingness to communicate or release the funds that rightfully belong to my grandparents. This kind of behavior is disgraceful and shows a complete lack of integrity. I strongly advise others to avoid Edward Jones and look for more trustworthy alternatives.
