    tom welch: Dont bother going to this branch for help. I ended up sitting at the customer service desk and calling the main branch on my cellphone for information about my debit card after repeatedly being told "I cant get that information". Also be forewarned: the bank doesnt mail new debit cards until about a week before they expire. Hopefully it will arrive on time for me to respond to the many emails Ive received warning me that my card is about to expire.
