T Wright: I was looking to open an account at this location. I asked a simple question as to the process of cashing a check/opening account. I was immediately told that they would not open an account for me just to cash a check. RUDE!!!! I never said I only wanted to cash a check. Talking down to a potential customer is not the way to do/retain business. I am legitimately looking for a local bank with great customer service. I AM ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This service was an epic fail.

I promise you will be impressed with both them, and with what PNB has to offer. Thirteen years with no real problems is an excellent example of the customer service they provide!
