First Mid Bank & Trust - Charleston Kirsten Drake: been going here for change orders for my place of work, and I absolutely dread this part of my job because of the bad experiences I’ve been having as of recently. To be more specific, it’s a counting problem. Everytime I bring a change order they end up giving me the wrong amount of change back. Once, we asked for 2 rolls of quarters and gave $20 dollars since each roll of quarters is $20, makes sense right? Well apparently not. We got $2 in quarters and they kept the $18. The cherry on top, I can hear through the glass the man saying “they don’t even know how to count.” You could’ve even asked me if you were confused too, but apparently not. This is literally a counting issue. This is only one experience too. I could go on. Seems like they just hire anyone nowadays.
