3 /5 Clarissa Morris: Case workers are great but the receptionist is very unhelpful. Im currently staying at the DV shelter here in Charleston and the receptionist was very rude and refused to understand my perspective or situation. I had to call the Mattoon office to have their receptionist contact my caseworker for me and relay a message about my case for me. As I said, the case workers are great here and I would give a full five star rating had it not been for their unkind receptionist.
