First Mid Bank & Trust - Carmi William Smith: Worst bank in Southern Illinois. Dont trust them when your the victim of deceptive practices. You can show them evidence of the deception but they dont care, just want their sorry fee. The customer service is terrible also, the people handling the complaints dont seem to know what they are doing, terrible phone etiquette and honestly just plain RUDE.
