We stated we did not agree to their renewal pricing and we did not want to renew our policy, they are still trying to charge us for that policy and will not provide any assistance.
Paid for a whole year of building insurance, decided to cancel mid way due to terrible customer service and will not refund our money back to us.
We have used them for many years, they quotes us an outrageous amount for our auto renewal. Took it into our own hands and contacted the company they were brokering out our policy too and got the same policy for less then half of what they wanted to charge us.
