    Zane Fox: terrible. had a problem with the atm. went to get my cash out for rent and it spit me out a receipt saying that cash cannot be dispensed at this time. so then i checked my account later and it said it went through. after doing a lot of back and fourth with the bank they said there’s literally nothing they can do that i’ll have to file a dispute. which can take up to 90 days to get your funds back. and this happened on a friday and my rent is do on monday. so i strongly suggest DO NOT BANK HERE OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT

    Walton Technology: I banked with First Bank and Trust for years. Then boom the First mid bank came along and bought them out. And no the customer service calls go to some call center not my local bank. Cant get ahold of anyone local without walking into the location. Then I had my Mortage through them with escrow of taxes and insurance. They didnt even pay my taxes on my Mortage ending having to go there in person and complain about it and then still took them 3 days after that to even pay them. If it wasnt for me knowing some local people and them reporting the taxes not being paid to me I would have had my name printed in the news paper.

    Douscheon Mandick: They have changed from a community friendly bank to a bank that will not do any business with outside banks. Another bank in Paris that has failed the community. Update: have now started charging fees for things that were never charged. They have turned into a scam all. We as account holders are their boss. I see why they are losing account holders.
