STC Investments - Macomb Linda Larson: We have waited over 5 months for our deposit refund! Every time we talk to them, they tell us we’re still on the list. Now they have charged us $140.00 to supposedly clean the carpets in 2 small rooms. They were dirty when my Grandson moved in so I doubt very much if they actually had them cleaned. My Grandson’s girlfriend left that place cleaner than when they moved in. It was such an awful apartment, they didn’t bother trying to decorate it, so there are no nail holes in the walls or damage of any kind.
