1 /5 Tyri Sullivan: This office has gone completely down hill since EJ Long has taken over. We have been with them 20 years and switched agents this summer. We had a flood in our basement.. first time we have really had to use insurance.. they were rude.. no follow up! Called to ask for an estimate for my 16 yr olds daughter to be added to our insurance to drive.. he could not give one. My husband attempted to meet with him in person .. was told the wait was a month! 20 years of paying premiums on time and adding to our insurances throughout life.. and this is the treatment. Awful!

They are so helpful in getting you exactly what you need, walking you through the process, and helping you work through what coverage you have if anything happens. I cant imagine having anyone else for insurance for our home or auto.
