4 /5 David Porter: So far so good. Agency has been very helpful though not the easiest to contact. I chose them since my previous agency bailed. There has been some miscommunication with my bank on my homeowners policy but is fine now. Currently waiting on my updated declarations.

They were super informative about what they had to offer, and made sure to listen to what I needed. With the prices increasing I was a bit worried with what they would tell me but I was surprised with what the ending cost was going to be. 1 /5 Mark XL429: I was switched to him from the previous agent in Batavia. He doesnt answer the phone, or call back. I have to call the home office to get questions answered. I will be switching agents. ...however if Farmers works like State Farm... He will unfortunately still be getting credit for my policies.

Since then the agency has updated my coverage and found ways to lower my costs. Their people are friendly, helpful and have worked hard understand my concerns. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
