1 /5 Meghan Leonard: I should have gone running when we first got a quote from Michael. He kept getting our home details wrong, spelled our address wrong, opened a 2nd policy and allowed our initial policy to be cancelled... but we gave him the benefit of the doubt and moved forward as it was a great price. Guess you get what you paid for. We had to jump through hoops to switch our auto insurance to Farmers as my license expired and all DMVs were closed due to COVID, I finally renewed my license and moved our auto insurance over. The policy was on autopay and didnt think anything of it. I tried to print out my insurance card and there wasnt a policy. Emailed Michael and 2 days later still havent heard anything back. We called their 800 number and found out they cancelled our policy even though they confirmed they had the required documents showing prior insurance! So to reinstate our policy we had to pay more money as we show not to have auto insurance for the last 30 days. INSANE! Now we have to have our policy for 6 months in order to receive any discounts. Thank you for being the most unhelpful insurance agent. And PS our address is still spelled wrong!!!
